Role of PPWC
Established in 1983, PPWC serves as a wholesale hub for fresh produce in Singapore. Its primary function is to facilitate the distribution and trading of fruits, vegetables, and dried goods imported into Singapore.

House Rules
To ensure that operations at PPWC are smooth, orderly, and safe for tenants, traders, and visitors, SFA issues and enforces the House Rules for PPWC.
Services and Facilities
PPWC comprises 26 blocks, housing about 1,140 units of various types such as shops, stalls, cold rooms, and pitches.
PPWC provides:
- loading and unloading of containers, trucks and lorries
- coldstores
- breakbulk and wholesale of vegetables, fruits, and dried goods
- office space
- canteen
Rental of Units
Tender exercises are conducted periodically for vacant units at PPWC. You must be registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) to bid for units.
