Sea Tenders
With competing uses for sea spaces, the sea spaces allocated to aquaculture will need to be utilised in an optimal way. SFA will progressively launch new sea spaces in the Southern Waters and East Johor Straits for tender.
Lease Period
The lease period is 20 + 10 years, unless the space is affected by government development plans.
Tender Method
The tender is based on a Concept & Price Tender System. The Tender process will be held in two stages:
