Farm-to-Table Recognition Programme (FTTRP)
The Farm-to-Table Recognition Programme (FTTRP) recognises food businesses in the HoReCa (hotels, restaurants and caterers) sector that support local produce.
It is a tiered award system that recognises HoReCa businesses that procure at least 15% of local produce in any of the following food categories:
Hen Shell Eggs
Leafy Vegetables
Beansprouts
Fish
Mushrooms
Quail Eggs
These six food categories are commonly used in various delectable cuisines, and a substantial amount is produced locally.
The Programme was developed in partnership with the Association of Catering Professionals Singapore (ACAPS), the Restaurant Association of Singapore (RAS) and the Singapore Hotel Association (SHA). It aims to raise the awareness and increase demand for local produce among businesses and consumers.

Mid Tier
HoReCa businesses that procure at least 15% of local produce in two food categories.
Highest Tier
HoReCa businesses that procure at least 15% of local produce in three or more food categories.

Businesses that achieve the Basic Tier are encouraged to progress to the Mid or Highest Tier over time.
Why be recognised under the FTTRP?
There are visibility and publicity benefits for recognised HoReCa businesses. Through the efforts of SFA and the programme partners, benefits that businesses have received include:
Listing on SFA’s public registry of HoReCa businesses that are recognised under the FTTRP
Exposure on websites and social media platforms by SFA and the programme partners
Being featured in stories about the FTTRP when suitable
Participation in consumer campaigns related to the FTTRP
Publicity in other advertisements and advertorial platforms
For businesses with a parent company, the parent company can apply when the ingredients are centrally procured. Parent companies that attain the recognition can display the FTTRP logo
at their outlets where appropriate.
