Guidance on safe use of GM microorganisms in food processing establishments

The use of Genetically Modified Microorganisms (GMMs) in in food processing establishments introduce biosafety considerations. To facilitate companies using GMMs in addressing safety and regulatory aspects involving human, plant, and animal health considerations, SFA, NParks, MOH, MOM, and GMAC have introduced a guidance document on safe use of GMMs in food processing establishments.
